The oldest part, known as the maze, has narrow streets and houses built without a set street pattern. We’ll take a short stroll through the maze and along the famous dike.

We’ll head to the famous cheese town of Edam, known for its rich trading history and charming canals.

Here, we’ll take a relaxed stroll through the old center, passing historic houses and picturesque bridges. We’ll also visit a traditional Dutch candy shop—always a fun stop, especially for kids!—and along the way, you’ll learn more about Edam’s world-famous cheese and local history.
